Cancellation Policy
Any changes or cancellations to your order must be made within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, your order may have already begun processing, and we may not be able to accommodate your request. If you cancel your order within the 24-hour window, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

We believe in the efficacy of our products and encourage you to use them for a minimum of 14 days to fully experience the benefits of TEUNNA. If you are still unsatisfied after this period, you may return the products within 60 days of purchase under our money-back guarantee. Please note that any applicable shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged Items
We take great care to package our products securely. If an item arrives defective or broken, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. To report a damaged item, email us at connect.teunna@gmail.com with a clear photo of the damage. We will assess whether you're eligible for a free replacement. Please note, packaging damage that doesn’t affect the product itself (e.g., dented boxes) is not considered product damage. We do not offer refunds or replacements for items damaged due to normal wear and tear or misuse.

Shipping and Delivery
While we strive to deliver your order promptly, TEUNNA is not liable for shipping delays beyond our control, including those caused by couriers, customs, or other external factors. If you encounter issues with delivery, please contact the courier directly. TEUNNA is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is provided at checkout. If an incorrect address is submitted and we are not notified within 24 hours, TEUNNA will not be liable for reshipping or refunding the order.
